Leveraged Green Energy, LP is an investment fund designed to make equity investments in renewable energy assets in select countries of Central and Eastern Europe and in Canada. The fund is formed as a Limited Partnership organized and registered under the laws of the State of Delaware. The fund’s General Partner and manager is Leveraged Green Energy, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company.

The fund completed its initial offering in September 2007 with US$25 million invested by Credit Suisse (Guernsey) Ltd. As of June 2008, the fund has over US$100 million in committed funds under its management and it is now initiating investment operations. With Credit Suisse as our cornerstone investor and additional global investment and environmental institutions as our limited partners, the fund is now well on its way to closing the target funding size of US$250 million.
