Investment Profile
LGE seeks to invest in companies that will become profitable, valuable, and strategic businesses over the 3 to 5 year investment horizon. LGE expects the fund’s initial investments to range from US$1 million to US$15 million. The fund will target equity stakes ranging from 20% to 51%, intending to obtain a controlling interest, either alone or in combination with a fully aligned partner.

Portfolio Profile
LGE anticipates the fund, when fully subscribed, will acquire interest in a total of 12 to 15 portfolio companies. The fund will not obtain any single investment exceeding 20% of its total committed capital.

Co-Investment
The fund may selectively offer its Limited Partners the opportunity to co-invest directly in the equity securities of a specific portfolio company, on terms and conditions substantially similar to those of the fund.
