Edward S. Manukian
Edward S. Manukian (LGE Chief Executive Officer) is President of Simplified Solutions, Inc. (“SSI”), an internationally recognized business and advisory firm. He is an expert on privatization and business development in the Target Countries with over $3 billion in recent project finance awarded on programs he personally conceived and co-developed in the last few years. He coordinates West-to/from-East technology transfers and develops mutual technical and financial support options for each program. His projects range from oil and gas pipelines to air traffic control systems modernization to sustainable energy projects and electric utility restructuring in the target region. Among other qualifications, he is an international expert in the mechanisms of the Kyoto Protocol and similar treaties. He has also advised numerous American and European financial institutions, corporations and law firms with interests in these emerging markets. Some of his clients include Lehman Brothers, N. M. Rothschild, Skadden Arps, Westinghouse, Creditanstalt (Bank Austria), MetLife, Thomson Electronics, McGuire Woods, Schlumberger, Entergy, AMEC, Enel and Kvaerner. His unique experience and knowledge in the Target Countries, North America and Central Asia is widely recognized.

Robert M. Clark
Robert M. Clark (LGE Chief Operating Officer) is President of BC International, Inc. (“BCI”) a global electric power industry consulting company (renewable/nuclear/fossil) engaged in addressing technical, operational and market issues globally. An area of focus is US electric power utilities and the emerging markets in Central and Eastern Europe. He is also President of the Strider Group, a consortium of ten North American companies that address the developing area of Brownfield/Greenfield options from full site decommissioning for sites that will terminate their license under federal regulatory programs, to creative alternative uses for Restricted Release options. He has extensive senior level international experience as a corporate executive with Westinghouse Energy Systems, in his responsibilities representing the U.S. Government’s interests as a Rear Admiral (Ret.) in the U.S. Navy, and in his current international business with BCI.

Michael J. Gillette
Michael J. Gillette spent over 22 years in the World Bank, half of those in top management. He arranged the financing of over 100 projects in French-speaking Africa in economic sectors ranging from mining to irrigated agriculture. An economist, he was controller of the Bank and is an acknowledged expert in accounting and auditing in the member countries and the satellites of the former Soviet Union. He directed energy policy formulation in the spheres of conservation and renewables in the Carter administration and has been engaged for over 10 years in brokering foreign investment into energy deals in Eastern Europe and the FSU.

Emmerich Schebeck
Emmerich Schebeck is a former Member of the Council of Economic Advisers to the Government of Austria and a former World Bank executive. During his 35-year association with the World Bank he identified, managed and negotiated a wide range of projects in infrastructure, energy, transport and private sector development in Africa, Asia, Latin America, the Middle East and Central Asia. He was a senior advisor for infrastructure to the Government of Senegal and now represents Austrian interests in energy, industrial and real estate projects in Eastern Europe.
